Room Hire

Located in the heart of Timaru’s CBD, Community House Timaru is an ideal venue for groups or individuals seeking temporary meeting rooms or casual office space.

All rooms are available for casual hire or regular long-term bookings.

Reception assistance is available Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm to welcome attendees and check in guests. For after-hours or weekend bookings, please visit Reception before 2pm, Monday–Friday to arrange access.

    This meeting room is our largest meeting room and is on the ground floor.  It can seat 15-20 people depending on how you with it to be set up.

    • Kitchenette including hot water, cups and saucers, plates and cutlery (Tea, coffee & milk NOT supplied)
    • 65″ monitor (capable to connect to your laptop via “C” or USB). Additional speaker available upon request.
